Bingo Prank Goes Terribly Wrong

Richelle Olson is suing Sacha Baron Cohen the famous comedian and prankster for an incident in a bingo hall in 2007.

Richard Olsen was the caller for Bingo at a charity event back in 2007. On the night in question he had been told that a celebrity would arrive to assist him calling the numbers to enhance the profile of the charity. However, Olsen was shocked by what followed, instead of the expected celebrity Cohen turned up in the guise of Bruno one of Cohen’s characters. He then shockingly along with film workers got into a dramatic struggle with Olsen trying to get a reaction from the crowd.

However, Olsen rather than see the funny side found the whole thing immensely distressing and was left an uncontrollable sobbing wreck. Her state of anxiety then caused her to fall which tragically led to bleeding in the brain, which now requires her to use a walking stick. So now it is down to the court to decide if Cohen overstepped the mark and is responsible for the change in the quality of Richelle Olson’s life.
